LIFE Certification
LIFE Certification is a voluntary process that recognizes businesses truly committed to conserving biodiversity and maintaining ecosystem services. Aligned with major global environmental agreements, it promotes the integration of biodiversity into organizations' strategic management, adding value and credibility to corporate sustainability practices.
Our services include:
- LIFE Business and Biodiversity Certification: based on the LIFE Methodology, this certification performs a technical assessment of the pressures, impacts (positive and negative), and opportunities related to biodiversity within the scope of business activities. The process is conducted based on objective criteria and aligned with international standards, ensuring transparency, traceability, and robustness.
- LIFE Biodiversity Credit Certification: through independent auditing and certification, we evaluate projects that generate real benefits for biodiversity. These projects can result in the issuance of certified and traceable credits, representing concrete actions toward nature conservation. Companies can use these credits to enhance their sustainability strategies and expand their positive impact.
Tecpar Cert is accredited by LIFE Institute since June 2012, to perform this type of assessment.
